Key Partners

Current:
1. Barb Stitt – advisor and seamstress – Barb will be helping to design and create the minimally working prototypes (first and second).

2. Peek Textiles – Supplier of high performance athletic materials who is located in Calgary. The owner of this company constantly researches and has knowledge on the current fabric trends and costs for athletic clothing. We will be meeting with her to learn about potential fabrics in the prototype designing stages.

3. FabricLand – supplier – FabricLand will be the supplier for our current/first and second prototypes.

Future:
1. Sports Teams and their Trainers – as we will be using trainers to get into the professional sports market, it will be important to gain a relationship with the trainers to ensure the use of our product in the market. This relationship will help us stand out from other companies trying to enter in using sponsorship.

2. Engineers/Designers – These people will help to build a highly functioning, well designed product using the correct fabrics, machines and materials.

3. Manufacturers – manufactures for our mass production. Initially we will use North American manufactures to keep the design of our product protected. This will also help us to keep high control in the growth stages.  This will be overseas to keep costs low and keep out profits high once we have established our brand.

4. Suppliers – relationships with suppliers will ensure that we keep our costs low and that we will continually have access to the materials we need to create our product consistently.

5. Human Performance Lab - we will need to have a relationship with a performance lab to measure the impact of our product. This will help to design a strong product initially and to continue to improve and build strong products.
